Unfortunately not due to what appears to be a manic overall workload at the moment.
I'm hoping that once the Bank Holiday is out of they way they can get back to it.

Unfortunately the car hasn't had any real dyno time over the past few weeks, but further progress has been made during the very limited dyno time available.

As you can see the car is now over 500bhp with the mid range now taking shape with 485lbft. MAHA dynos tend to give around 5% less torque than most other dynos. I'd expect this to be well over 500lbft on other dynos.
As you can see the map is very very smooth and torque is strong and flat through the mid range. Exactly how I wanted it from a general curve shape perspective.
As before, ignore the peak figures for now. There's plenty more to do with the map. More boost, ignition map hasn't been optimised, cam timing hasn't been touched and fuelling map will be adjusted...... plus I'm still on the stock inlet!

I have ordered one of the REVO Intake Kits today. Will be interesting to see how this works with my current setup. Will be testing this on the dyno, hopefully this week.

Thought I'd blow the dust off this thread......
Fingers crossed I'll be picking the car back up tomorrow following final road logging to be completed today.
I'll give an update on what has taken place once I've had some time in the car.

I ended up not picking the car up following further conversations. These conversations were concerning taking the car to the next level.
It's winter now and the car would never be used anyway, so it's an opportune time to look at other "things".
I'll update on this as soon as I have anything concrete.
In respect of Stage 3 with the EFR..... an update on this will be provided as soon as I can. I'm just waiting for another piece of hardware (that's currently being developed) to test with the EFR to see if it helps.

You should know by now that Shaun doesn't do the tried and tested. Not trying to be a smart arse but you could of bought a TTE625 which is proven,MRC have just done one which made 590ps on pump fuel! Plug and play, job done
I just remembered that i'm absent minded, wait, i mean i lost my mind i can't find it.

It's only "plug & play" if you buy the other parts needed.
What's the deal if I wanted more than 590ps?

Am I correct that these turbo upgrades all increase the turbo lag lower down below 3k rpm? I come from N\A cars and find turbo cars laggy and less responsive in general unless booting it. I can't stomach adding more lag in favor of top end power.

There's no such thing as getting something for nothing so lag/response is always a thing. However, with the 5 pot you can certainly get away with a lot more. I've come from turbo 2ltrs so find that the reserves available with the 5 pot in terms of driveability are plenty.
With modern DSG cars lag can be a forgotten issue. Even in the days of manual and big turbos...... you just make sure you're in the right gear.
If you want a lazy drive then lowdown torque is essential..... personally I don't mind stirring the box a bit.

Iām hopeful that Iāll be in a position to provide a BIG update very soon. The car is undergoing a substantial round of mods.
