Thanks for the test guys, I presume those figures were BHP at the Crank.
Can anyone report the average BHP & Torque at the Wheels?
It would be good to know before I dyno my RS3 on RON 95 and also RON 95 plus Lucas Oil Octane Booster
Cheers.

Thanks guys (and gal ) for this morning, excellent to meet you Lee, Brian, Troy, Wayne & Emma and a surprise showing from James
I haven't posted the MTM results on the graph as obviously there was an issue with either the box or the dyno, suggestions were ECU cutting back the MTM at higher revs as Charlie said he could see the MTM kit power and Tq working in the lower range, then for some reason it was pulled back below stock figure.
After some of the guys left, Wayne, James and myself watched a Porche with suspected output of over 400hp return the following results in 3 runs: 1=397, 2=285, 3=286 (i think it was), Charlie did report afterwards that it was due to wheel slip on the roller (also suspected by Brian on my car) being so low, so this may also be the case with my result with the increase in Tq from the MTM box.
Bum dyno felt fine on the way back and before I go to QST or MTM direct with what may or may not be an issue, I'm heading to SP with Wayne next Sunday and the data there will help diagnose the run/dyno today.
So, the graph coincidentally in run order (as updated by Lee as we went this morning)
Happy my car returned 404 stock, and although I was a little agitated after the box run, from seeing the Porche and Charlies comment about slip on his rollers today.. I'm happy to wait for further testing before getting annoyed

There's gotta be something wrong with the MTM box if your car is running higher stock figures ,P.P.S I ran the dyno in the following order = MTM (391), Stock (404), MTM (396)

You may be right, but the Porsche was a big shock when he returned sub 290 on 2 of his 3 runs. so there has to be questions asked about the slip.
But I'm not saying there isn't anything wrong (to me it still feels better and stronger than when not fitted), so more data at SP.

Should have launched it !
When at the Wales meet Danny could not pull away from us in his MK2 in fact two of us were catching him !

Mono -
Don't be annoyed by what a dyno tells you. Remember, the MTM box takes time to adapt to the car. If you had removed the MTM and driven to the rolling road & dyno'd the car stock and then put the box on, it might then take the box a few hundred miles to kick in.
This is the same with a DTUK box - when I put that on the car it felt fairly stock to begin with, then the next day after about 50-100 miles it was a transformed car. Maybe there is an element to that?
Also - numbers mean nothing. It's about how the car feels and I know when we've spoken before about the MTM and you've been really pro-MTM saying how good it is, that's what really matters.

no buddy, MTM always on, and it was the first run see post 164.
As I said, the bum dyno to me feels better, so hopefully there's no "major" issues with it, but never say never. It hasn't been off for a road run since last into the dealers some months back, so maybe now, perhaps there "may" be one...? who know? It hasn't been on a other car (as discussed with others here, and it returned below the stock run today. It is a weird one, but hopefully, fingers crossed, touch wood, it was because of the dyno. (never say never.. I did say that right LOL)
More data though before quizzing QST/MTM.

HP - I recall this as between 300 and 310 on the cars this morning (if I was looking at the right figure)

Been a great day all! Pleased to meet everyone and hopefully we can plan next week at santa pod!
To be honest i was a little disappointed with the MTM box (mono you must be even more ) but i think you should get in contact with them and find out whats going on. Maybe next week at santa pod it will show a stronger engine. Thanks again for the coding you did for me too! This guy is an Audi genius!
So after the almost 6 hours in total round trip (without the time being there!) and a tank of fuel this is what I've got to show for it.
P.S. Thanks for bringing donuts, i'll get the next round
Team Nardo!
If in doubt flat out!
