I have the 034 equivalent on my 8P and the difference in turn in was remarkable, especially matched to the optional 255 fronts.

034 supplied superlube to grease it, and I continued with it for a while, buying my own from Amazon, but found it quite “ thirsty” and needed greasing approx every other month or it would creak. ( I’m not a high miler either)

On recommendation I swapped to Castrol Moly and I haven't needed to grease it any where near as often maybe every 6 -8 months
The Castrol Moly would appear thicker in consistancey and is retained in the bush longer.

I used Castrol LM grease from day one with no I'll effects.

Bar fitted today by myself on a rent a ramp. Glad I had a 2 post lift to do it as I wouldn’t have fancied rolling around under the car wrestling to wiggle out the puny OEM one. I have to say the original spec bar fitted by Audi is abysmal. First impressions are that the car is definitely more accurate, with less roll and twist(I have pano roof). A definite must have mod. Bloody car should have came like this from factory.

It’s a lot easier to do with drive on ramps in your drive than you might think. Mine came out pretty easily, didn’t even have to drop the exhaust. Getting the nuts off the top of the drop links/ARB was the worst part.

I've fitted mine & 2 other 8P owners 034 & 1 8v on axle stands, the 8v is more involved due to undoing the rear exhaust mounts to get more room to wiggle the old ARB out & new back in.

The higher you can get the RS the easier job is.

I did mine on axle stands and didn't have to touch the exhaust. Just dropped the rear suspension arms and it wiggles out easily :)

I had mine fitted by the guys at AKS Tuning this afternoon and the difference was immediately noticeable on the run along to the M1. The rear feels tighter, the car feels more pointed when turning and you can definitely feel that there is less roll onto the rear outside wheel. It makes a heck of a difference and feels much more planted. Would recommend it to anyone considering having it done

Went for Drive the other week to relieve to lockdown boredom and would you believe it ended up at AKS Tuning 😉 and then 2hrs later one H&R rear arb and pair scorpion secondary decats fitted later had an immense journey home 😀😀😀
Totally agree about how the car feels totally transformed it now in and out of corners has to be a must absolutely love it 😀😀😀
can’t understand why tho my neighbours aren’t talking to me now since the decats been fitted and I’ve been on 4am early starts .
Gotta give the guys at AKS big shout tho top bunch 👍

Ha ha nice one. Glad you are pleased with it. :) Makes a huge difference to the dynamics of the car. Is one of the best mods for the car.

Nope....Think about it why would you need too as it doesn't alter the rear suspension geometry the slightest,It just stiffens the body roll up a bit.

On the 8P it makes a massive difference by neutralizing the understeer.

We just run our 034 on the 2nd hole from the end as that is the stiffish setting.

Hope that is of help 👍

Tbh if I was to be buying a rear ARB now I'll go for the cheapest & wouldn't worry about adjustability as once it's fitted your just drive it & leave it,I've fitted a few for friends & that's what we've done.

The 034 on the 8P is 22.25mm so it's up to you which one you decide to fit.

On the road in the wet I haven't had any issues and still had great handling, but on track with cold rear tyres I've had 2 spins which has been down to the stiffer rear ARB.
