Nice one Drgav, I bet you can't wait to fit them. :)

Did you buy TPMS units for them?

Cheers Roy!

Cheers Stu. Yep, I've bought two sets - one for these and another for my winter wheels... My tyre fitter is going to love me

Bought them from eBay following Sean's (T-800) post in TPMS thread: HUF Model TSSRE4Dg - managed to get 2 sets for £157. Hopefully they're just plug and play and will talk to the new FL without any issues  ;) 8 days and counting...

Drgav = That's probably about the same time as my OZs. Your TPMS units are well cheap as I paid just over £100 for a set. I can't complain because they are fitted when the tyres are done and sent complete from Rimstyle.

We will have to see who gets a picture up first. :-)

Can't imagine setting up a business and calling it "rimstyle". What were they thinking?

Mores the point Stu, what were you searching for when you came across them? 😂

Stu - sorry but I don't know what's going on, in the past when I added jpegs they opened in the post, not a link which doesn't work. I did a post preview & the jpeg was opened but then when posted it had a link which as you found doesn't open!!

Will check my settings

Bought 4 original R8 front wheel, 19x8,5 ET42. It´s look very similar to RS6 design wheel but only weight 10 kg and it´s forged. Fit them today. Caliper is not even close to the wheel  :) R8 wheel must have design to have big brakes  ;)   Will switch my original summer tyres to the new wheel.

Hi Savo,

Yep, that was me. I ended up buying another set of TPMS valves from LD Prestige for my black RS6 replica alloys that they supplied and they work perfectly. The OEM Audi TPMS valves should fit the Ispiri alloys, they probably just need a small washer on the outside face of the alloy to enable the rubber washer on the interior of the rim to seal properly under pressure (at the minute it is a little loose - I reckon because the Ispiri alloys are maybe 1-2mm thinner than OEM where the valve stem pops through). I've not pursued this yet with my tyre fitters since I'm happily rolling along on my winter wheels. I'll probably give it a couple of weeks until Spring (finally!) arrives and then swap them over - I don't think it should be a difficult fix.

I'll no doubt have 4 spare OEM TPMS valves for sale on the forum sometime soon  :D

Alex, that looks good! Will the 8.5J fit the rears without rubbing, or are you planning to use spacers for that?

Thanks  :) I don´t think it will rubb, it´s only 6 mm wider inside...If it rubb, I will then use spacers all around. I will test it, probarly end of this week.
