Speak to William @ MSSCan anyone please let me know the cheapest place to buy MSS spring kits please?
When I asked him he said 10% off a street/sport kit was do-able for forum members
As for fitting ask his recommendation for someone near you.
Although the kit can be fitted by any competent mechanic, maybe you already know someone you trust ?

Thanks T-800. Yes I have a couple of good places I could fit them but not sure on the mag reset yet.

I for one certainly wouldn’t give him the time of day.....Hi, Tom Wrigley has a decent deal on at the moment, i know MSS are trying to move away from selling direct
Especially after the way he conducted himself on this very forum.

If i had a 8v or FL i wouldnt pay that money for a set off springs, especially after paying for the option of the magride & then shelling out to get it recalibrated to suit.😕
Im quite sure the likes of Eilbach are justs as good & half the price.🤔

The MSS are partly Eiback derived.
As you say though Eiback are a good spring where as the H&R are not so great by all accounts.
So maybe a decent set of Eibacks is an option.

Would be interesting to hear from anybody with Eibachs fitted 👍

Ive not seen anyone on here think outside the box about using Eilbachs just the usual H&Rs or jumped on the MMS bandwagon.

I remember doing a mag ride recalibration on an RS3 with eiback springs and the owner couldn’t believe the transformation in Ride quality.
The MSS equipped cars tend to be pretty good any way.
The MSS selling is similar to the overpriced Brake kits that are touted elsewhere.
People ‘think’ they need them, but do they really ? Yes the RS3 brakes may have issues, but would it warrant ££££ spending for regular road use

I have had nothing but Eibach springs on my modified cars over the past 15 years and in my personal experience have nothing but praise for them with regards to ride height and comfort.
Can we adjust/set the ride height on our cars regardless of the springs?

I'm with you on this Dell because they are a lot of money. I have to say ditching the adjustable mag ride isn't an option for me and I am not fussed about track days (well not in my car ). The reason I wanted them is to lower the car to look better. Now I have aftermarket wheels I didn't want to chance getting just lowering springs and find out I have a rubbing which can be altered by a bit of adjustment.
