I have decided to go for an S3 Saloon, Daytona Grey, will be here in March! please don't hate me!

It was a toss up between Sepang, Mythos or Daytona, but realised Daytona looks the mustard!!

I'm having a similar arguement with myself mythos glacier nardo sepang or Daytona all look good on the RS3 but leaning towards glacier cause don't think I've seen one yet

Is that the one up at Huntingdon I've clocked that similar spec to what I'd like May have a look at it if still there in new year only thing is I've heard that there's bigger discounts to be had off brand new like 7% if I can get something similar on a used could do a deal

I dont think it will be long before some used ones are for sale in the high £30s.......

If your financing bud, you will get a better deal on New, purely because you can take advantage of the APR rate, downside is that in the first year you will get hit with the biggest depreciation but it will eventually level out within year 2, on a used although the price would seem appealing its the APR rate which they try screwing you on. 

 

I got £7500K off a £41K car and also a £1500 dealer contribution without me putting an extra penny in! 

 

Failing that if your Cashing' one, the above does not apply!

I've specced one 48k so £7500 off that would be awesome plus trading mine in against it hopefully bring it down abit.
I'd love to get one PCP and keep the MK1 but I reckon monthly payments would be around £600 pm

Take advantage of Christmas, pop in and see what they'll do! I have noticed a lot of press recently in RS3's being given out on fairly good Deals! Just haggle for as much equity in yours and also get a decent GFMV then you wont have a problem! 

 

The purchase will be worth it no doubt! Cant wait for mine!!!

I know I really should pop in, but a few mates have them and their experiences are only positive. Although the RS3 is a fantastic car and probably the best car I have ever owned, I am trading in to avoid losing further money and I would be happier for it to go to a loving owner who can cherish it as much as I did. It doesnt make sense, hanging on to it further for it only to depreciate.

So are you saying you don't expect the S3 saloon to depreciate at all ?

Of course it will depreciate but at the time of trade in the S3 Saloon will be giving me a better GFMV than a new RS3!

Also note you have he footwell lights, do you have the genuine extended light pack? Mines missing that!

 

Talk to Danny, mattjj82; the product is superb and makes a whole lotta difference to the car, plus, Danny may buy the old bits back off you...

 

 

 

Oh,and just back to subject: if my 8P RS3 BLUEY were worth minimal £s today I'd still be a very HAPPY Audi RS3 owner driver...

Thank you Is yours MK2 ? Id love to get it in Suzuka grey like my current one but extra 2k onto of my 8k spec list is too much so think either mythos or glacier on the wider black wheels
