lol they have down graded the B&O to Audi sound system as standard.

it was rumoured a few weeks ago that would be standard kit with the new inflated prices.

So not really much extra kit other than virtual cock pit for the £4k.

Dynamic indicators have lost their uniqueness / appeal for me now as they are appearing on all cars.

& yes why is the saloon more ?????

March 2016 Audi RSfloret silver & lots of black bits

Not if you pay best part of £4700

Christ some people moan about paying for a £300 oil change, can't imagine too many ticking that option box..... :D

Have you negotiated any decent discounts yet billy !!!

Some interesting additions compared to the pfl. Audi sound, better sat nav, parking plus and a flatscreen tv dash.

But still not Cruise control as standard? .... that's quite poor form.

Is it now comparable to the Golf R is base spec??

I was surprised at the base spec on the golf R which includes adaptive cruise control,a month into ownership and im enjoying more every time i drive it.

Well I had a look on this website and checked my current spec against new with same spec (okay crystal paint and a few new toys)

http://dcc-1.audi.de...ant=dcc-uk-audi

In 2015 at point of ordering, mine was £41,550. Facelift to the same spec is £46,195 and that's a basic spec, so I guess people are right that its a £50k car for a decent level of added bits n bobs, though interestingly the added extras seem to be the same price as 2015.... apart from the up rated exhaust and mag-ride which separated are now more?

£5-6k of extra's on mine (as ordered) and I didn't even really go that mad! Will be interesting to see if the FL sells at the new price point.

TX.

PS just tried my spec on FL as you did and it comes to just under £51k so yes about £5k more than before. Quite a jump to get a new front end  :P

Specced mine up to £49k, a little more than I was expecting but we'll see what the dealer says.

TPMS £250!? I would've assumed it'd be free on an RS3. Soon find out next Friday how much mine is going to cost, lol.

Well I have had a go on the configurator and with sacrificing some of the options that I probably wouldn't miss too much (Red brake calipers, Advanced key, Roof rails for example) and speccing Nardo (sorry Roy), I actually managed to get it close to my 8V price (mine was just under £51K new in May 2016) which is not such a big price difference for me.

So I guess I need a test drive, a favourable PCP rate and the hardest part.......... trying to get some dealer contribution on the new car price which I am told will be virtually zero at this stage.

You will love this.....

Mentioned Nardo Grey to the missus, she then asked to see it and said .....
"Isn't that the undercoat colour before they put paint on?"

I guess it'll have to be Daytona Grey then!
