Unfortunately they are illegal but shouldn't be a problem till mot time ,they don't meet the British Standard B@ll@X see page 8 of the regulations.

I wouldn't worry about it I can't see the boys/girls in blue pulling you just for that ,the important thing is that the registration letters/numbers havn't been altered .

Yeah, unfortunately the only thing allowed on plates is the registration, the Euro flag or national flag and the plate manufacturers name postcode and the British standard kite mark.

 

Your plates look good though and love the logo.

 

Potentially a £1000 fine though FYI.

Can you not get license plate holders with something similar written on them?? I know that's what the Poles do, and there are some funny ones as well. (Yes the Poles can be funny!!!)

Don't worry Roy, it is as much a shock for me to find any Poles in Poland as it is for the ones that are there to find a Brit!!

One of my friends on the rig I work has an S3 Sportback (in Sprint Blue) and he recommended the B&O so that was a no-brainer!

These have been ordered to replace the standard rotors. Looked at some BBS's but I think I prefer these.

Glad you're putting on new rims, these standard ones do nothing for it at all. Far to sedately looking...

Yeah I ordered the standard wheels as I wasn't a fan of any optional ones and knew I wanted something different. Ultraleggeras are on their way to me as we speak. Car pickup is tomorrow at midday and the new wheels should be on by the weekend hopefully. I fancy some lowering springs I think. Not too much but just enough to help puff out those arches

Oz's are the same size yes mate although the et is a little lower so that they protrude a little more. I'm only changing springs and wheels so shouldn't cause any warranty issues in that respect. Might go for a box and an intake when more are released into the wild.
