I presume there won't be an issue getting entry/admission for a passenger on the day?
All I'm thinking is that I may well do some track time therefore I would give that entry ticket to a passenger... if I don't track it, they can pay on the day

No problem at all, We've been asked to get advanced payments for the club display as it'll confirm people's commitment and allow enough space in a reserved area for us to set up.

Last thing we want is to assure the organisers we have 30 cars and end up with 3...... Been there, done that.

As for the detailing post, I will be bringing a fair amount of my gear down with me to make sure as it'll have traveled a good three hours. Was going to stop at a local car wash and do a prewash, jet wash & dry with a QD before entering! So if I get there and someone wants some bits and bobs to either have a play with or smarten up feel free to ask!

There's a mixture of Tarmac and grassed areas Col, it will depend where they decide to place us.

We will  need a heads up asap about those interested in track time as it has to be booked for a full club session in advance, we need 12 interested and i'll be taking one spot        

 

 

We now require payments to secure your place at RS3-Fest, This should include your tickets to get in and the parade lap payment.  

We will deal with the track time separately once we are confident in the numbers. 

 

Payments can be made via Paypal as gift only or we will be stung for fees and out of pocket.  Please read the the terms and conditions on the Audi Driver website.

I know a few more have yet to pay, a couple of people have PM'd saying they are 100% going and will be paying soon so it's still looking very good.

 

Considering this is still a little while away it shows big club commitment with the number already paid
