Right just sorted accommodation for Friday & Saturday Night. So this means I am going, what the heck!

I am hoping to do the Parade Lap but not the Track Time as I am with Direct Line who do not like Mod cars never mind track events so hopefully a parade lap going by previous posts is ok?

So, for entry ticket & parade lap is it just £20 MacD or Lady C?

Also, will we need to remove our number plates or cover them as a precaution just in case our insurers still cannot get their heads around a slow drive-by supervised lap?

The Parade lap is £10 per car, all passengers included, families encouraged for the 3 slow laps. 

 

Track time £30 for a 15 minute session per car, Includes one passenger. You must have a helmet, long trousers and a long sleeved top.

 

​If you pay for track time in advance you get one free entry ticket to the show

 

 

We will  need a heads up asap about those interested in track time as it has to be booked for a full club session in advance, we need 12 interested and i'll be taking one spot          

 

 

We now require payments to secure your place at RS3-Fest, This should include your tickets to get in and the parade lap payment.  

We will deal with the track time separately once we are confident in the numbers. 

 

Payments can be made via Paypal as gift only or we will be stung for fees and out of pocket.  Please read the the terms and conditions on the Audi Driver website.

It'd be good to hit 20 cars and we look like being on track to do so.

 

A few of us have now booked in to the suggested hotel too so if you are wishing to stay check out the thread or message me direct.

 

We are looking to meet at Wickes close by as suggested by MrFreeze in the convoy thread, timings are under discussion but looking to get to the show for 9am but this will be confirmed very soon.  

 

Tickets can be handed out on the day at Wickes or on arrival at the venue.  If you would prefer tickets/passes to be sent to you via snail mail then please let me know well in advance.
