Steve are you going to be distributing the entry tickets then or will they be posted by Castle Combe?

Also if I pay for entry and parade lap and then decide to do track time, do I get my entry payment back if its included?

All tickets and passes will be sent to me so I can forward them on or people can collect on the day whatever you prefer.

People that want track time hang fire with that specific payment, should we/you decide that you want track time individually or that we make the minimum for exclusive club track time then it'll just be the difference to pay ie £20 instead of £30 yes.

The most important bit is to get our club spot in the best available space and some commitment in numbers, Last thing I want is 30 on the list with space reserved and then 5 show up so It looks daft.

The important bit: 

 

Entry is £10 pp

 

The Parade lap is £10 per car, all passengers included, families encouraged for the 3 slow laps. 

 

Track time £30 for a 15 minute session per car, Includes one passenger. You must have a helmet, long trousers and a long sleeved top.

 

​If you pay for track time in advance you get one free entry ticket to the show

 

 

We will  need a heads up asap about those interested in track time as it has to be booked for a full club session in advance, we need 12 interested and i'll be taking one spot    

 

 

We now require payments to secure your place at RS3-Fest, This should include your tickets to get in and the parade lap payment.  

We will deal with the track time separately once we are confident in the numbers. 

 

Payments can be made via Paypal as gift only or we will be stung for fees and out of pocket.  Please read the the terms and conditions on the Audi Driver website.
