Depending on cost of hotels and extra insurance with track cover in case of any problems then I hope all being well to be going. I am going to look into the Morris Insurance thing at the link in the earlier post the same as MacD.

As it stands it's £10 for the parade lap and £30 for the track time.

 

Audi Driver have asked we organise all the ticket sales so a post will be coming soon about how to order.  

 

We will also need a heads up asap about those interested in track time as it has to be booked for a full club session in advance, we need 12 interested and i'll be taking one spot

This list is really growing now, If you guys know anyone thats got an RS3 and perhaps isn't on the forum then let them know about us and this event.

 

I've updated this list as best as I can however if i've missed someone off or missed that you want track time or the parade lap shout up.

 

I'd urge everyone to at the least to do the parade lap, There's no risk as it's for families and is behind a pace car that does at the very most 30 mph.  It's simply for families to get on to the track and see it and for clubs to make a show as we will be all together in one group.

No helmet etc needed it's not at all fast.

They claim never more than 30 mph and it's geared up for families just to say they've been around the track.

I'll update list etc later

The important bit: 

 

Entry is £10 pp

 

The Parade lap is £10 per car, all passengers included, families encouraged for the 3 slow laps. 

 

Track time £30 for a 15 minute session per car, Includes one passenger. You must have a helmet, long trousers and a long sleeved top.

 

​If you pay for track time in advance you get one free entry ticket to the show

I'm double checking tomorrow that we have to have 12 cars for the exclusive booking, But yes the idea is it's an RS3OC only session as everyone agrees we may have a little more respect for each others cars than some wanna be in a stripped out A3 diesel track car that just wants kudos points for over/under taking an RS3. 

 

If we hit the minimum i'll bow out and concentrate on track photography leaving it exclusively RS3's.
