Seemingly not for Ben, charge him more 'cos he can afford it...
Getting a discount without even asking that's a first for me ,I always pay with a credit card just so I've gotta pay a premium.😂

Just had to changed the channel on the telly, that Martin Lewis Money Show does my head in all he bangs on about is saving money ,mind you he did say mention TPS and that it's cheaper to take your own oil while getting your car serviced at Audi.
But only if you pay by credit card & PAY IN FULL

Got my oil (Castrol Edge 5w30) 2 x 4ltr cans for £63.99 inc delivery today.
Ordered online from Euro car parts www.eurocarparts.com via e-bay last night at 1620pm
They came today !! ,, that's under 24hrs delivery !!
As for the sparkplugs does anyone actually know the exact plug type and number so I can get a best price?
If I get time I will attempt the oil change myself , if not it will be down to Audi next week.

Good for you, FYI mytyres are doing 5L for £29 (hope the link works)

Good for inbetween dealer/specialist services, personally the idea that engine oil on a car like the RS3 is good for 19k just does not seem right, I'm more of a 6-7k oil/filter change mentality myself.
Here's a wee tool to make the job a bit less messy too http://www.ebay.co.u...61/311070403689

It's had 2 services before I bought it and now has 20k on.
It's had plugs, air filter, fuel filter.
Since it's coming 3 years old in September I was looking for the prices of haldex and dsg and brake fluid prices.
Also oil service.
Made we wonder if it's worth going independent or servicing myself as I'm a mechanic and could stamp the book.
I thought these were a little expensive from Carlisle Audi.
Thankyou for your enquiry, prices are as follows:
· Gear oil change - £184.81 – Due at 40k
· Haldex Service - £107.10 – Due in September
· Brake Fluid Change - £102.31 – Due in September
· Engine oil service - £327.65 or Full service due at 20k including pollen filter and spark plugs - £614.64
Please let me know if you would like to make a booking,
Kind Regards

I had the DSG/Haldex/brake fluids done early on my RS 3 by Stafford Audi, just for piece of mind.
