Hi, everybody. i have the oem stock exhaust con my RS3. and i want to get it lil bit louder

should i get muffler delete  and mid cats .or  just muffler, or mid cats?

Can this modification, cause errors or codes?

or this modification void's warranty?

PD: all mods not touching downpipes, ill leave them stock.

I have a standard RS3 exhaust which I have gutted the resonators I am selling for £140 as I have just had a downpipe fitted and it's a bit loud now for my liking and where I live with all my old neighbours around I can bring it audis in the park if your going there

Secondary cat bypass pipes are a common mod. They can be purchased from Scorpion/ Milltek and bolt straight in with no cutting.
Or if you prefer the oem look, it might be possible to gut the cats if you can source a second hand set.
They are also full systems if it's your thing.

Gutted downpipes Gledsy ?

Gutted oem downpipe bit of a bugger to fit but did it eventually! Bypass pipes and gutted Resonators, it's basically straight threw until the back box

A bit of a thread resurrection here but didn't want to start another.
I fitted the scorpion secondary cat bypass pipes last week.
I'm loving the extra noise especially in sport mode but even without it sounds great.
My post was to ask if anyone else has found that since removing their cats have you found an improvement in fuel economy?
I never really check what mines doing but I usually find I get 130 miles until the gauge is in the half.
This time I've been driving the car as hard if not harder than before and it's done over 160 miles before reaching the half and still showing 165 miles left!!
