Well we have finaly got on and started the engine on the new ecu. Needs a lot of sensor calibration and then mapping before it is allowed to run for a longer period but at least it runs. This has proved to be far more difficult than we thought. The wiring for the new PDU can now commence and the new CAN dash switches. PDU is 32 channel but will double up some none essential circuits.

Yes, the news is getting back on with it. The shell is now fully prepped and has been chemical dipped and zinc plated and is now finally at the paint shop. Will post up some photos of the bare painted shell and the subsequent build. should be 2 weeks max. Cheers Bronco./ Daz Lane.

It will compete in tarmac rallys. will be in same class as evos, suburus etc. Its not too far off being finished and will be rallied as soon as its done. its too early to commit to a full series but its being built to use.

Its not finished yet but is not too far off. It came off the rollers after a full day of mapping which threw up some problems with the standard intercooler. Very big and efficient one now on order. The engine and box are now back out ready to fit the new sequencial dog box which is nearly ready. will post up some photos when I find the blasted lead for the phone. The ecu is from Life Racing and is top notch. It contols the engine and the haldex.

The swop to manual requires a TTRS gearbox, TTRS dogbone lower mounting. TTRS gearstick and cables, TTRS gearbox mounting, TTRS nsf driveshaft.TTRS flywheel and clutch assembly. That makes it all work mechanically. We are not using stock ecu but would think a good mapper could get past any problem or fit TTRS ecu. If anyone is interested the full manual kit will be for sale soon. It is all brand new and has only been run on the rollers and a few blasts up the lane.
