I agree with you all on the whole, but just playing devils advocate for a minute, what about families that require a vehicle with 7 seats?

5 seat estate for the lady, two seat sports car for the gentleman... simples!

RS3 8V | RS3 8P

You can tell from the advert they are going for the ahem 'Evoque types' who live in Clapham or Hammersmith.

What ever happened to bench seats front and rear and lying on the parcel shelf when you were a small kid on long trips

and changing gear for your dad as he was lighting a ciggy or even rolling one !

Arguing what radio station and pressing one of five buttons to change the channel and watch the red bar move up and down the tuner .

Wont even mention the 8 track...

those were the days ,,,,,sigh

First "car" my parents had was a bottle green Moggy van. Me and my sister in the back on an old mattress. High tech (ie crap!) cassette player (no radio) bolted in passenger footwell with only fast forward and eject, most times ejecting ended with mum fighting to get the tape back into the cassette before it knotted up... Only two tiny tinny speakers in the front so could not even here the music in the back.

Thems were the days...!

I would rather borrow my girlfriends broomstick than drive an Evoque/E- Pace. If I had to drive a fanny pack on wheels I would buy the XC40.
