The 8P RS3 is now coming up to be a 6/7 year old car & not all owners are keeping them with the 8Vs becoming more affordable & the FLs is now out.

Not sure if he was on here, but didn't that car belong to Nathan, the detailer/wax guy? He posted that pic of him polishing it with his Mrs wedding dress on their wedding day. Pretty sure it used to be modified when he owned it?
i don't suppose he is still on here by any chance? maybe if its his he could share some info on the life of it when he had it.
Some of these sort of Cars often have 2 or 3 owners in the 1st 12 Months nothing wrong with them just may have been purchased by the Speculator 1st then the second owner Person with too much money probably paid above list to jump the queue never keeps Cars long before they want the next newest Model so 6-12 Mths later it's got it's 3rd owner in less than 1 Year not sure how you check length of time first 3 Owners kept the Car V5 will probably only tell you length of time last owner had the Vehicle (I think)
Btw: Welcome to the Forum and hopefully the enjoyment of RS3 ownership Tom.
the owners thing isn't a huge concern my current car has 5 owners now and that doesn't bother me, its like the milage thing as long as its been looked after properly either of them shouldn't be an issue. Thanks for the welcome too I'm sure i will find it a joy if i can find the right car

i would love an 8V model but they are just too much out of my price range at the minute, maybe in a couple of years i could start to look at them but want an 8p for now so can get used to the car etc. like i say its just finding the right car

Sorry mate i meant there's more 8Ps coming on the market with more that 1 owner on the V5 so with there age multiple owners is becoming the norm
I was fortunate to be able at the time to buy a 1 owner 14 month old 5k mileage 8P but at a price
Its now coming up to 5 years of ownership & not going anywhere in the foreseeable future

Yes in the glove box with the correct lead but due to time passing since the 8P was made the software may not work how you want with your iPhone
I have a Samsung phone & don't use the mmi for my music i use the SDHC cards mate so cant really answer that for you.

Get yourself a Tune2Air.No problem pal was just wondering, as long as I can plug my phone in and play a song I’m good with that, I know they don’t have a digital radio which I’m ok with would just like to play my phone on it lol

Get yourself a Tune2Air.
Plugs into the mmi lead and allows you to stream music to the RNS-e.

So it’s just a Bluetooth adapter that plugs into the stereo? I will look into it when I get the car, just need something to play music. I can use an sd card if needs be. Another one is the nav the last two I looked at when I click navi it says insert navigation medium

Either never had the disc in the drive from previous owner or the selling dealer has taken it out to avoid theft
There’s a place online if you buy the car that’ll supply an up to date compatible disc for a fraction of Audi’s cost.
Right that’s good to know, do you just leave the cd in the car permanently or does it load in then can be removed?

The satnav will only work with the dvd in the RNS-e mate.
As T-800 said you can get a compatible from say Fleebay for about £20 /£25.
I have a one from Fleebay & it works fine.
