He was bragging about getting new Michelin Cup 2 tyres on his Instagram.... He probably regrets not getting them all around as he is running the original supersports on the front. A tool at the wheel, mismatching tyres....his talent soon ran out. Suspect a lengthy ban and custodial sentence may beckon when he gets out of hospital.

He is a right tool. Was an accident waiting to happen. Someone on m3cutters posted this:

 

I met this lad in the highlands last year as he pulled me over as he wanted to see my 1M and I wanted to see his M2 (I changed my mind on colour having seen it in the flesh for my M2) there is even a photo of my 1M on his instagram page that I never knew he had taken (cross.com!!!!)

I saw him that day make an overtaking move on a tight twisty outside Dingwall that in all my 27 years of driving sent a shiver down my spine....frightening. It is now no wonder that this has happened. 

I'm sorry no matter what anyone says but high performance cars need utter respect and driven at the right place at the right time in appropriate fashion.

I do hope he and his poor girlfriend pull through this. He might now think twice about his behaviour with lethal weapons.
