Turns out the lady we've been dealing with over the last few years of RS3-Fest no longer works for ADI and the guy taken over who may have had the emails forwarded on is on holiday which explains why we've had no clarification on a few things.

We have now spoken to another staff member so I'll update the initial post and answer any questions there

Do you know if the track session includes entry for one person? or is that price just for the track session and I would have to buy a entry ticket as well?

Yes, there's no charge for kids under 16.

We need to start closing the payments by 1st September ideally to allow ADI to plan for numbers.

 

Going to be another great turnout, this year will see the first RS3OC promotional video being filmed so make sure you all do your hair and makeup....
