Eibach also do them

Are you sure it fits the RS3 8V?

Plenty advertsied being a fitment for 4WD MQB platform and even lists the 8V chassis including the S3 but after contacting the company selling them I am being told that it doesn't fit the RS3 8V (plenty for the 8P though)

I have found H&R listed as fitting the RS3 (forum member AudiS4 has one fitted), and maybe one or two others (Nuespeed?). The ones that I find also have a wide variation of adjustment, some listed as 115% or more over stock settings (which surely must be too hard?) and others advertised as only 55% or so. Some also have two settings - hard and soft.

The 034motorsport version seems to be in development and maybe available soon.

If nothing else surfaces in the next few weeks (H&R rear available separately?)  I will probably have to go with buying the H&R kit and leaving the front one in the garage.

How do you find it ?

i can confirm that it alleviates most of the under steer, as you come out of the corner on the exelartor the nose stays planted while the back end steps out slightly, it has a feel of a rear wheel drive , i will be doing a 250km trip next week in the highlands of NSW (aus), will post my thoughts on the H&R rear bar mod

there is only one setting on the H&R, its a strait swap for the OME , the work shop i used ordered it from H&R Germany rear only , it arrived within a week down under , installation took 45 minutes, (useless information the color of the sway bar is blue)

There's nothing listed in Eibach online shop for the RS3.

I agree with Fivepot on this

Every site you go to only lists 8V A3/S3

Even Revolution told me yesterday that there aren't really too many options available.

They did say H&R aren't really on the ball when it comes to supplying and promised lead times....

Funnily enough I remember another supplier saying the exact same thing about H&R.

It'll be interesting to see what options he comes back with.

AUDIS4, do you have the correct H&R part number to hand please. I can only find the full front+rear kit online, not just the rear bar.

Revolution haven't come up with anything yet....

They have made some calls and awaiting a response.

I think there doesn't seem an awful lot available for the 8V yet.

The H&R Front and Rear kit is part number 33810-2.

The front bar on its own is 33810-1 i think.

Hoping AudiS4 can find out the rear part number.

I can't get rear only, they won't supply it unfortunately, so looks like it's the pairs and then just use the rear

Yeah, had same problem. Annoying as the front one isn't needed.

I was trying to work out why the 034motorsport one doesn't fit. If you look at the shape of the MQB platform for Golf R and Audi 8V chassis version in the link below and then compare it to the shape of the blue one in AUDIS4 post above, they look the same to me. Maybe bolt holes or something else different?

I've been told straight from the horses mouth that 034 MQB Golf R/S3 rear bar does NOT fit our cars.

They are testing one at the moment they tell me.
