Gearbox is standard with original clutches, Andy at storm developments has a 700bhp ttrs handles the power well and no clutch slip. If it need any other mods to drive train I would do them straight away.
Surprisingly the car doesn't need them. I also had a my11 Gtr awesome car, somehow the RS3 shows potential of being a baby Gtr.
Yes it doesn't handle as well and the Haldex is not that great compared to the Gtr 4x4 system but the car RS3 got aggressive power delivery at stage 2 and its small, works for me.

Have you not thought about sport haldex controller Jay, I have one on my RS3 and make a hell of a difference when selected to race mode.

With the gearbox remap don't really think it's required. Because of my past experience I'd rather not take the risk.

New Block mate, scores on mine were too deep, cylinder #4 was rebored to 83.5mm but still had scores on the barrel.
So this injector failure has cost me a fortune like.
Had to cancel my order of oversized pistons and go with forged standard size. Total nightmare.

You can rebore Upto 2mm. Use wossner pistons if going standard size as they much cheaper and work great

Initially I will use standard ecu to run engine in at low boost for a thousand miles then once syvecs is ready will install it.
How did you hear about the syvecs kit

Yes will be using the syvecs but still in final stages of development. Hopefully it will be ready in next 3 weeks.

Been in a few cars that have run syvecs, it's a fantastic bit of kit with the fully tunable traction control ! Launches, antilag and flatfoot shifting makes a good car brilliant.
A must on a big power build
