I left a voicemail with Ants phone but he's not called back.
I can check with the hotel and see if his booking is still reserved tomorrow.
Should be simple to switch over if it is.
He may be away already so if you take it over it will help him out to get his deposit back.

Not long now guys, Robin and I drove some of the route yesterday  and discussed  some final planning  whilst we were up on the mountain waiting for planes.

I have spoken to Ant, he did initially offer it to Toby, who now cant make it. Ant is ok with anyone taking it if Toby now isn't using it.

I have spoken to the hotel and they (Helen) has confirmed the room is still held as it had the deposit paid and they are happy to transfer to whoever on the day as long as you pay the remainder of the booking to them obviously.

 

So its yours if you want it.
