To be fair in the short time I had my mk1 I never got out of it and thought "God this car needs to be faster"

 

If you tried a remapped one you may have a different view. On the other hand, simply because a car is capable of going faster doesn't mean it has to.......

Anyway ....  back to the other sort of Golf (of the noway am I going to remap sort). Yesterday the car was detailed and then put into the showroom for a day (surrounded by Warning Wet Floor Triangles). Its hard to see from the pictures ,as its a bit crowded in the showroom, just how good a job has been done by FCD ( http://www.firstchoi...co.uk/services/)

Silver is a great colour for showing lines of a car if it is the lighter shades. Ultimately doesn't "pop" as much as black but then with black paint you lose the subtle black accents on the car.

 

 

I reckon if i was having another RS it would be Floret , although I think that is a few shades darker than Reflex Silver.
