Running water? A tap would be great or at least a water feed for a wash off but I doubt that will happen :(

There is a tap close the concours area - I should have a bucket or two if i remember !!

Given that car will be covered in dew @6am i am planning to hose it with filtered water and hope dont pick up too much grime on the way over so can just use detail spray

It's looking like a no :(

We'll still need a gazebo though

Anything else we could do ?

Guessed as much - Circuit want everyone to use the cafe that is on site? At the VW Trackday I went to a couple of months ago there were no catering vans. Have they been there for ADI  in previous years ?

Half what I was hoping for Colin! :) I'm going to bring a barrel of pre filtered water anyway so I can rinse off anything that may dirty the car. I'm actually keeping mine at work over night in the unit so after I've washed I can lock it away and jump into a nice dry motor in the morning.

They've said not which is a shame.

If we can come up with a solution we could do tea and coffee ?

Another well known forum had a bbq there last year. It's the one made out of a back end of an Audi.

I think it may be a case of if you don't ask they can't tell you no!

I have just been over to a well known Audi forum on the .net (get it ??  ;) ) and they are advertising that they will have a tent and bbq. Aren't they the very sociable guys we joined for bbq at GTI Festival ??

Danny if you can bring the Weber that would be great.

Mr Audi has offered to bring his table and Gazebo.

Metroline if your gazebo fits ok then bring it and we'll see if we have space for the two if that's ok?

I'll bring bacon, bread and sauce as nipping to Costco.

If anyone wants anything like sausages or veggie then please bring those.

Should cover it

I'll bring my tips jar :)
