Just go the pph.de and they have an RS3 section in their shop, top of the list.
As for braking, it depends on how often you use them. My rationale is for the times I do use them I want more confident braking in terms of retardation and initial bite plus more uniform braking. Even the Yellowstuffs suffer after a while if I really push them nd they are a little noisy so it is not only calipers that I am doing but changing to Redstuffs front and rear with braided lines and better brake fluid. 8 pots give a larger surface area of pressure application which I hope will mean a lesser need for pushing the pedal into the floor to get maximum braking effect. The braided lines should ensure heat doesn't affect fluid pressure as much to service the extra pistons.
If I were doing round the houses frequently or track work I'd probably change the discs as well but I do a lot of motorway and long distance driving so sufficient cool down periods for the discs between applications and I'm not one for sitting on the brake pedal all the time, I tend to anticipate and coast. It could mean I introduce more thermal stress to the discs with the acute increases in temperatures and if that does happen, I'll change the discs at some stage However I'm also trying to keep the car as 'OEM' look as possible, The 8 pots worked well on the RS4 with similar sized, equally as bad designed discs (if not worse) so we will see if this works first and then tweak later if necessary.

Update, have picked the car up and driven home albeit in the crappiest weather possible in rush hour. Early days for the Redstuffs because they are a few miles old but the car stops on its nose a lot better and has consistent retardation rather than feeling fade later in the travel of the pedal. It has standard lines on as the HEL lines for the RS4 brake calipers are an inch too short. They look OK but when lock to lock they are stretched so I am going to see how the OEM lines fair and maybe replace with custom made HEL lines at a later date.
On 8jx19 rims they do need a 3mm spacing shim just to be sure. Without whilst there is minimal clearance on the offside on the nearside the rotor arms touched the caliper so these were put on but standard bolts apply.
Coupled with new drop links (one was found to be cracked) and a shiny set of Bilstein PSS10's the car handles better, a little more compliant over the bumps, far better high speed handling and an even drop front and rear plus stopping a lot better with improvement to come in both once both elements settle. Got a 1000mile road trip next week so that should give both plenty of opportunity and then perhaps back to Revolution to drop the height a little more depending on how it settles.

I'm positive the new Rotors have a more flat spoke area, thus avoiding the bigger caliper as they sweep around.......
If I do keep the RS then running the winters I'll have to get a 3mm spacer.
I'm so happy they fit PG.....

Surprisingly there is more space between the calliper and the inner rim of the wheel than with the OEM callipers and I can get my wheel woollie round to clean no problem now. Slightly annoyingly I currently have low speed / low brake pressure brake squeal, hopefully this will clear up when the pads are bedded in.

I spoke to you via email before asking about fitment
Sadly I sold my MK 1 in the end so never fitted the 8 pots.
