You have a year to reject a car as I did this when I got my first gti golf March last year.. They bodged the bodywork well scratches with black polish it was apparent it wasn't right when I went to Westfield with the lights above the car roof was diabolical.... Vw UK said that I had up to a year to reject the car asking as I give vw a chance to rectify the problem I did they sent it to Mercedes that made a bigger mess of it so accepted car to be rejected on this basis and gave me a full refund. Then I ordered from another dealer 6 months to late mate poo

I must have something to stand by since they have had 3 chances to rectify the coolant leak, now it's blown coolant all over my engine bay and under tray.

I don't want a full refund but a forecourt price for its age and mileage.

I actually work for the company btw for a different franchise

Mine took a few weeks to reach the UK, after leaving the factory. My dealer has not contacted me in months, so no collection date yet!
