Heard today it's the oil return pipe and feeder pipe few engines already gone bang in Germany .
Guy I know works Audi has said that there demo has been grounded until it's had inspection

It was Mythos Black with Alu pack. No dynamic pack.

 

Weather was terrible and the roads around Glasgow Audi are not great and not familiar to me.

 

Floored it a few times on the motorway and I would say it felt a good bit quicker than my S3. I think going from a manual to an Stronic made it feel even faster. Noise from the standard exhaust was not great. I didn't hear any pops or crackles. This was in Dynamic in S Mode. However rain was so heavy I couldn't put the window down to listen.

 

I think for me the Stronic will take a bit of getting used to, having nothing to do but put my foot down.

 

The salesman started the one in the showroom that has the Dynamic pack. The difference is unbelievable.

 

In my opinion the noise with the Dynamic pack makes the car special. Without it I wasn't totally sold.

 

Also I am warming to Nardo with black pack and black wheels which was also a shock to me.

Your absolutely correct.... its good to be different and the RS3 looks better in person than it does in pictures thats for sure!

I know I have kept on about how much I dont like it just for laughs mostly ,

 

but to be very honest it does look like primer and although the picture above is prob the best I have seen for Nardo 

 

It really does look like a base coat waiting for the top one ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, who knows when I see it in the "flesh" it might be a different story.

But I wont hold my breath

PS  The nardo one at Tamworth didn't have the black pack and it looked truly awful, to my eyes of course - apologies to anyone who has ordered one!

Yup, Its Nardo, now naturally it has been prepared by a professional detailer and the natural light in the showroom may well have something to do with it... Here are some more pictures of it... It’s got Nardo Grey paint (order code T3T3), black optics package (order code PAH), exterior mirrors in high gloss black (order code 6FJ), and also 5-arm aluminum wheels in high gloss black (code U65).

Wearside and Newcastle Audi have grounded their's. I was due a test this Sunday at Wearside, but postponed due to recall and Newcastle confirm the same. Currently got a 63 reg S3, so want to see what the extra £10k will get me. Apart from raw power I have to say not much on paper - but the test drive may provoke my inner demon
