TBH i did think Catalunya its probably the launch show car anyway that we all saw pics of...just adding some thread drama and humour as im ok with it all anyway who ever an what ever...Hey the futures bright the futures Orange lol

If you look at how many RS7's there are, they are in the low hundreds because it is limited appeal. C7 RS6's aren't that many more because of cost. The RS3 will be Audi's 'RS car for the people' as the B9 RS4 will be north of £60k with options like the new C63 and M3/4 so they will sell lots of RS3 units

They'll still control production numbers to avoid brand damage to RS. No doubt they want to sell more and increase the 'ambition' for owners to aspire to them. However they'll limit numbers also to maintain a level of exclusivity and hence value.

The original RS3 was limited, primarily as they didnt anticipate the demand. They soon lifted the limit though when they realised what they were on to.

Agree the new RS4 will go north of £60k to give some headspace in the RS range. I just hope they take the same tack as MB and use the blown V8 and not the 6-cylinder route
