It would be good for everyone to get a comparison and photo to the old bolts if possible to see if there is any evidence of wear stretching etc.
I'll see what I can do buddy, didn't have much time tonight to ask questions but I'll give him a shout tomorrow.

What is the correct setting (nm) when fitting the new bolts to the rear of the shaft then?

Very close - it says 73NmI believe it says on the packaging. 72NM if I remember rightly.

I'm thinking of getting a new flexible coupling to fit at the same time (might as well while its kind of in bits). Anyone know the part number?

We also dropped the centre heat shield and the centre bearing to see if we could see anything that could lead to the screaming I have heard in heavy rain. Once again, nothing untoward, so we secured it back into place for a bit of a test.
I then "drove" the car with it lifted off the ground while my mate squirted water directly into the centre bearing to see if we could get it Tao make any noise. Other than traction control/Haldex not liking it very much, we had no unusual noises created.
Centre bearing was then dried off and given a good squirt with spray grease - I know not ideal, but better than nothing, and maybe if it is water creating an issue, the grease may keep the water out for a bit.
All put back together, and running smoothly thus far.

Great to hear Martyn. My bolts are purely there for a peace of mind thing as I don't plan on using launch control but if I did then I know I'd be happier to do so with the bolts swapped.
Bumping the thread also to let people know the 2nd Group Buy is underway.

I found a couple of videos online of my car after I bought it, and judging by the driving, etc, the previous owners weren't shy about using LC or about putting their foot down a bit
