Sorry to bring up a fairly old topic, but it seems the fix has moved to Belgium now, at last.
After some back-and-forth discussions between my dealer and the importer (which seems to be standard procedure) they got mine in for the 47i6 yesterday.

 

Very happy with my local representative as he was the one pushing for it to be done asap.

 

As Vito says in the first post, discs and pads are definitely new but not sure about the calipers. Dealer confirmed that they are new on multiple occasions but they looked quite dusty with only 4 km driving done by the guys in the garage after installation.

 

Is there any way to tell?

Look at the 1st post from Vito (the 1st picture).

I believe the new calipers has the "anti vibration/noise weights" fitted whereas the old ones didn't..........

The picture in post 13 from 45bvtc also confirms.

Ive just spoken to a lad from "Tam Tyres" near where i live and he has told me the following

the Hunter rolling road balancing machine is more of a diagnostic .. I would imagine for a normal balance problem the standard Hunter machine would be fine but up to your self really ... a standard balance would be £6 per wheel or rolling road balance would be £12.50 per wheel ...

He's put his prices up then Fletch. I had mine rolling road balanced there a couple of months ago and it was £40 cash!

P_G - did it make a lot of difference.?? And did you get the tyres nitrogen filled.??

I will offer him cash and see what he says even if he charges me the £50 for all 4 wheels + the nitrogen fill I will still get it done.
