I can change my view...  After you left Andy I did consider your views, discarding most, but thought the GTech stuff (C2v3 Liquid Crystal) might be worth evaluation; so I searched around the old drawers, back of the sofa, under the bed, and in the garage even and found sufficient funds to purchase a sample bottle, ok 500ml.

Mixed at 1:1 initially and then 1:2 with (de-ionised water - sorry!) it is truly impressive: bodywork, glass, wheels, etc.  Am seriously impressed!

So good I tried it on the house windows (mixed at 1:4) and PVC frames and again, quite amazing!  Better than Rapid Detailer...

So yes, a grovelling thank you for that...   :)

Going to try GTech's P1 Polish and Micro fibre cloths next - but you didn't suggest those, did you?  :3:

Er its a delicacy up in the NE Brown Ale...

You see lots of people drinking it out of paper bags for fear of being called posh!   :D

Newcy Brown isn't a delicacy, common as mook. Newcastle Amber Ale is the better stuff and rarer. Mind neither taste as good since they are now made in Holland

I love detailng ,bought soo much stuff off dw that it was getting out of hand,so lucky i could sell and swap most stuff on ,anyway i just bought swissvax paint rubber (clay) love sv stuff ,trying out a few things ,like wax vs sealants just to see whats best for me ,but i do love some waxes on the market today and the smell lol got sv shield of the roof ,and wolfs hardbody on the bonnet ,want to see which one lasts without topping up ,really want to try gtechniq c1 and exov2 and c2v3 as this is so easy to use .and just got a ltd edition pot of auto finesse desire ..;) will do a proper write up ,in the next few weeks :) by the way its so much fun doing your own car and buying new products to try out ,than spending a fortune on someone else doing it , i just wish i had my own drive and garage ,but this will come ,one day ...

Hard to tell there's foam on there with it being white....

Auto Finesse needs a decent clean polished base for best results.

Not the easiest to apply according to the sales rep for Auto Finesse i spoke to!

Have you tried the Swissvax waxes?

Very expensive for what they are but i'd like to try some all the same.

I was tempted to buy Best In Show for the Corrado when we put her into show and shines last year,  Ended up sticking to Zaino though.

Planned to get some this year however the Corrado's not been to any shows yet.

At first sight, Swissvax seems to be expensive, but it is extre,ly efficient too.
E.g. pros can vax up to 50 cars with one 200grams can of vax. And you dont neet any machine for polishing.
Their stuff is realy worth every penny.

Cheers Hartmut (SwissRS3)
