Running a GFB DV+ which was installed only recently (2 weeks) and no problems to report.
Doesn't vent to the atmosphere and no increase in sound over stock.

Can any of you guys that have fitted the DV+ post up the part number, price etc of the valve that you have fitted to your car.
Is it easy to fit?
My car suffers from an occasional issue where it does not consistently maintain a constant level of boost (fluctuates), the uprated DV may well provide a solution. Got to be worth a try.

T9351 is the model for 8P and 8V.
My mechanic fitted mine, but only charged me 30 minutes of labour as an indicator.
Best to email them direct on sales@gfb.com.au to confirm price and delivery.

Oooooer JayI had one on my S3, feel the difference straight away although I had to keep lubing the piston up to keep performing well.

On the 8V it is on the right hand side of the engine. In between the airbox and the engine, beneath the intake ducting.

Can anyone tell me where the diverter valve is located so I can replace? Is it on the Turbo or remote?
Fitted the GFB DV+ version a few weeks ago. Pretty simple to do once you gain access to the OEM unit by removing the airbox out of the way. When I dismantled the OEM unit to fit the upgraded parts, I found the spring was corroded. The Audi parts were also a bit flimsy compared to GFB unit.
Pics below to help those of you who may be considering fitting one yourself.
Remove the airbox.
Disconnect the intake pipe, unscrew the airbox cover and remove the air filter. The airbox body can be removed by pulling it upwards off the rubber mounts. Diverter valve location is circled in red.
Unclip the OEM diverter valve electrical connectors and remove the hose attachment (red arrows). You can now easily get to the three bolts and unscew them.
Pull out the OEM diverter valve. Replace the internal parts as per the instructions supplied with the new GFB DV+ unit.
Re-fit the the OEM controller with the new DV+ unit in place.Note: This may require a little pressure to locate it while securing it in place with the bolts. Re-fitting the other parts is a reverse process of the removal described above.
