We went in, got ignored, had to ask for help.
Told there'd be no demo cars ever on the RS3 and no amendable spec slots for 6-12 months.
Even said I should keep the RS4 and not order an RS3 !!!!
Clearly not interested in a sale! If they're this bad before you buy what's afterslaes like ? Avoid!

Very basic to be honest although the paint itself is nice it didn't suit that car/spec.

Even after a DM exchange on Twitter with Audi UK Customer care where I passed my number on... still no follow up from the dealer... I'm far from impressed!

i totally agree with you to avoid these dealers like the plague, we got our 2016 plate RS3 from them and all was great when they wanted our money but the aftersales care is terrible
they dont answer the phone and when they do the manager is never there and they NEVER ring you back,
even after getting Audi uk complaints dept involved they still dragged their feet on replacing our brakes & discs ( eventually done the work 4 months & 300 extra miles on the clock later) they are a disgrace, avoid!
