So lucky with the weather today - rained all the way home from Swindon. But what a cracking day - track sesh was especially good

I made it home didn't see any rain and also successfully downloaded go pro 😃

My first track day and had a fantastic day in great company.
Rather slow on the track and hope did not hold up the fast ones!
Thanks to Caroline and Steve for all their hard work. What lovely people!

I can only echo what's been said already! Steve and Caroline did a fantastic job organising an amazing day! And the burgers were done perfectly!

I loved the track session, was well worth the wait. Gave the car some stick, with me ending my session early due to massive brake fade! Car was going good great until then! Think we managed to lap a few people! 😂😂

Does anyone know the names of the pro photographers that were there today? We had to shoot off quickly as baby wasn't very happy so didn't get chance to look!

Here's to the next RS3Fest and plenty more in between!

Jim Gaisford is the official Combe Photographer - don't think he has a proper website though.

normally have to email him for the pics if u didn;t go into the cavern to check them on his computer.

Cheers dude! I'll give him a search and shoot him an email across and see what happens!

I'm sure Steve will have taken some cracking shots anyway!

My son was taking loads of pics during the day, I think he may have even got vids of the cars going by on the afternoon track session.(filmed from the banking on the pit straight)  Will check it out tomorrow and let you know if there are any decent ones.

I was filming most of you as you came off the track. I was standing near my RS6 and I nodded to a few of you but I think you just thought I was a perv.

Cherry well and truly POPPED what a day ..... Long day but what more can you ask for !! Well I must say these cars are the nuts , never done a track day before but that was a giggle , car didn't miss a beat and I don't know where the understeer thing comes from ? First lap with cold tyres and traction only in off mode well I nearly binned it on the first 3 corners but by the end of lap one we were away tc to off off and many smiles per miles followed ,
Top day
Top bunch of fellow nutters
Mac Ds big thumbs up
