The only colour that nearly got me to switch from Daytona .....

Was Matt Daytona :) Saw one in Audi City in Piccadilly and was absolutely bowled over by it :) :)

The colour of the titanium on the configurator is very dark which is shy I went for it. But there is a photo of a panther black car with titanium trim on the German Audi website and it is very light which I don't want. I'll try post some pictures of both here later.
I did originally spec the Blue carbon but bottled it the next day and went for normal carbon.

This is what I thought I ordered (like) :

This is what it actually will look like (don't like):

I love the top image, can see why you went for it - but I also agree on the bottom image, that's very light and concurs with some of my thoughts. I do hope it's closer to the configurator image when it arrives!

Yeah I've already been sourcing carbon parts. It won't be cheap and I didn't want to pull the car apart so early. Oh well fingers crossed.

Just a little more interesting - especially in grey winter :)

Yeah I do too Mike, love a dished alloy on a flared arch. The dealer initially advised me to do the upgrade wheel - but as I'd seen it on lesser A6s (albeit in a smaller rim size), and a £2k charge, really put me off. I have been researching Vossens for it ....

I do however really want to see the wheels on the Performance - they look smart in the images.

This time next month I should be in quality control so not too long to wait. I have my eye on a different set of wheels though. I've seen them on another RS6 (guy named Scott) and they look awesome. And they only cost £220 each from the US. Just need to figure out the cost of shipping / import duty / VAT. Can swap my factory tyres straight on those rims too so potentially a really cheap upgrade. Could probably sell my OEM rims too which would make be quids in!
