For you that haven't been before this is a great event with lots to see and do if you are so inclined.

One thought, the last 2 years it has rained first, then the sun came out and we had a glorious day.

I know this is a bit late, but will there be any RS3-Fest Merchandise available on the day?

As I have not been to Castle Coombe for over 14yrs I am guessing would it be better me joining everyone at Wickes as the last time I went I was travelling down from the Cheddar Region. Also, I am planning on going around the skid pan again.... Well not I my RS3!

There will be driver briefings throughout the day and you can sign on / noise checked whenever.

I would take out the details of where you are staying overnight however in your post above.

No cunning plan just an aversion to early mornings!

 

Six sessions and numerous briefings throughout the day. 

 

Sign on at the Admin Centre from 8 am onwards. First driver’s briefing is at 8.30, for track activity to begin at around 9 am. There will then be additional driver’s briefings throughout the day.

Tickets and passes arrived but no map etc of where we are placed.

I need to speak to the organisers this week so I'll ask, any place we'd be better off if it's offered?

The place we normally get given is Tarmac but not big enough for 30 odd cars.
I'm guessing they may have us down the fence on grass near to the track, it would be 1 long line if that's the case.
