I have had a couple of cars from Hitchin Audi - then a gap of about 10 years whilst I set a business up and couldn't afford one. Selling my TT mk1 was tough.
Literally walking in saying "sell me a car" and getting no response sent me elsewhere - the nearest one !
Hatfield Audi.
Steven the sales manager I have to tip my hat to - great bloke. Very keen and knowledgeable.
So... That's where the S3 came from and so the RS3 also.
I'm in Stevenage.
I need to see that Nardo now before I make an expensive mistake

I'm in Watford so got a few good ones around here. Local one is good eye candy coz of the amount of R8's usually parked outside.
Hopefully you'll love the nardo grey, is so unusual that I haven't seen it on another model or mark.

There's a nardo grey RS3 sitting out back of hitchin Audi waiting to be picked up on the 1st September. Did you order from there?
Go and have a nosy though. Had a good look round the outside on Monday. Looks great up close
Glad you liked it ;-) the mrs says hope you didn't lean on the windows though lol
It's going to be transported up north soon to be professionally detailed and glass coated. We will then drive it back down.
Which sales person did you deal with on yours?

Lol nah I didn't I promise.
Used to deal with Stuart til he moved on, dealing with Charlie now. He knows what I want and knows that I don't need to hear the usual speel.
How about yourself? Have you bought any other cars from there?

Cool.
Did the Nardo car look washed or not to you? (We've told them to not wash it as it's going to a detailer.).
Looks like from your pic they've still not changed the reg plates to the GB spec ones either grrr.

It was right out the back. I asked the guy if I could look, and I really had a quick glance that was it.
Any further (peering through windows etc) would have been rude I feel as it someone else's pride & joy (yours ?)
So.... I can't really say... Can't see any point washing it only for it to sit there getting covered in Saharan sand ?
If you want the full size photo pm me and I can mail it you.
I avoided the reg plate for obvious reasons.

Thanks for the comments
I'm just going on the following with Nardo;
1. Gut instinct. The minute I saw it I thought "yessss"
2. Although I love the blue of my S3 I've been disappointed by its durability. Seems to show scratches very easily.
3. In my view... There's something "cool" in having a pocket rocket with a very plain paint finish. Let's face it - almost every car is metallic now (never used to be). So to have a reasonably expensive car that's a plain paint finish is going the opposite of most people. I like that
Still haven't seen a Nardo in the flesh yet.... I think Peterborough have one... Can I be bothered to go up there ? Nope.
