That does look nice  That colour's getting a bit common now but it does look superb.  Best colour for an RS6 all considered...  Maybe Merlin purple is even better but would attract a bit too much attention.  Not that an RS6 is exactly invisible but the purple is just a bit too much for every day use, police, vandals etc.

 

I made a big decision though to stop working early and to forgo really expensive cars.  Go to work every day and drive an RS6 or Bentley or something...or do what the hell I like every day and drive an RS3...???  No brainer!  

 

I guess I could break into the piggy bank and buy one anyway but I'm just too tight!  I like to count my money rather than spend it all!  And I want to make sure I've still got enough when I'm 100 and can afford sexy young nurses for 1 to 1 care in my nursing home

 

Change my nappy nursey!

I had a blast in a RS6 in racing mica if I could work out how to upload pics I would 🙈 it's by far the greatest car I've ever driven so far if the pennies would stretch that little bit further I'd have one in a heart beat but a wedding and extension on house take president unfortunately so new RS3 will have to make do for a while .
100 I'll be lucky if I make 30 and as for sponge baths I've never had a good looking nurse do one yet

I think that rs6 looks stunning ! That colour combo is being used alot your right, i saw a purple rs4 the other day, was a bit too subtle for me, and abit to dark. Sepang is defo the colour for me!

Btw has anyone got any updates on the RS3 yet? I remember someone saying it was coming today?

Didn't mean to state it in a way Im certain ! Just thinking it's already over due and Easter is going to stop Monday, I really believe it's all going to be sorted next week, we will soon be knocking on the door of May. I'm pretty confident it's next week or the very latest Monday the 13th ! The press on the snow was back in January now and to have any chance of RS3's released in the summer it has to be very very soon. I personally don't mind the wait as I'd prefer a 65 plate plus it gives me longer to sell my e39 M5 which is increasing in value by the day. If it really is going to be the autumn before cars hit the uk then they will lose a lot of custom.

First build week has always been the last week of May, with first UK deliveries in July so that schedule is still intact. Build specs normally get locked in around two weeks before the actual build slot, so there's still plenty of time for Audi to release the full specification and price list to allow ordering to begin. The milestone they have missed is that they stated in the press that order books would open in March which has clearly slipped.

I suspect they may have some supply chain issues (e.g. ceramic brakes, bucket seats)

All this waiting waiting ... I bought a A3 3.2 the other day waiting for my quote to turbocharge it hope this keeps me occupied for now until they ever release the dam RS3!!!!!!!!!
