Never had much trouble with them even let me take an RS6 out for 45mins 😬
Only issue I've had is recurring engine sound that hasn't been sorted but it's going back next week

Nope... There bitchy bastards down there I kept having issues with warranty work and was forever in and out due to them not fixing it! And they caused damage on numerous occasions practically resprayed my car after causing damage and I got the car back It was diabolical I had to trade it in elsewhere to get rid of it thanks to them. The head of business was a drip! He has now left sacked I believe. Vindis is a no go!! Feel for you mate.

Sounds very similar to the problems I have had with West London Audi damaged all of my alloys fitting tyres with forks and did thousands of pounds worth of damage to the underside not knowing how to jack the car up!

My car door got stoved in while in their compound and they said the employee didn't own up to it and they had no cameras on the compound!!!

and then scratched down one side which the accused me

I was fuming are you serious as if I would scratch my own car for no reason dumbass also the drivers seat was creaking got it back with Hole in the side of the leather seat

they said it was there before they started and said they have photos proving it... When I requested them they refused and said I would have to pay a fee for data protection which was complete bull...had my car weeks on end I worked out they had the car more than I did in my ownership

oh we'll never again. That's what happens when you take 78k Audi there.

The only Audi I've had poor dealings with was amersham twice I went in to buy seperate cars and the customer service was crap so they lost sales not that I suppose they care but all other dealers I've used no issues.
Reading and northampton replaced full exhaust systems without charge even though not covered by warranty
