Post 1-week before the meet and I'll know.  UHNS (University Hospital etc.) and RS3copilot take priority otherwise all I need is a date...

A refresher of the post just to keep it on people's minds and hopefully encourage a few more.

The planned date has been set as Sunday 7th June, to include the breakfast club at Haynes Motor Museum.

This is open to all vehicles.
If we could possibly get a confirmed 15 attendees then they will organise special deals and separate parking etc.
There are some decent roads to drive and if interested a drive through Cheddar Gorge could give some great photo ops.

Who's up for it?

1. Mr_Freeze - RS3 (Lightning)
2. Roy G - RS3
3. Jmcnamee 98 - RS3
4. MacD - RS4 (possible)
5. RS Addict - Bummer M135i

Hello Neil; nothing has changed but for meeting any unforeseen and not known at date hospital schedules for Judith; I don't see any UHNS appointment being made for a Sunday, anyway, so me and Bluey and maybe RS3copilot too will be there...

THANK YOU ALL...

Last Thursday Judith was discharged from the 'enhanced recovery program', and will this weekend have completed the daily district-nurse (with injections) visits; so it's now onward to the chemo-therapy treatment.

And for anyone and everyone: it's not until you get first hand experience on this 'cancer' issue that you realise how common it is and if diagnosed early how successful the recovery can be.

Our NHS is quite an amazing establishment when needed, so thanks to 'it' and all the guys therein, too...

Guys, we are going to try put a Southern meet together at the Haynes Motor Museum.
I've been there a couple of times and it's a really cool place to go, it was having a refurb the last time I was there, that was allowing it to expand and include more cars.
Check it out here:-http://www.haynesmotormuseum.com

Hi John, not got that far with the planning. I'm guessing we will meet up sometime near 9.00 but this can be sorted closer to the time.

Not sure on Hotels for the area, it's too far for me to know or recommend any and too close for me to have used one!

I'd like to incorporate a drive through Cheddar Gorge, dependant on people's timescales.

Maybe it might be worth getting something near there as it is a tourist spot

I'm up for a drive Neil.
I don't know the area at all, so will be good to follow someone who does.
