It did 420bhp and 465 lb/ft at a recent rolling road day but it needs the map tweaking as I've added the cat back and Intercooler since it was last done.

Hello Mate, you have gone all out over the past year or so i see. Cars in excellent condition. Ive made a few of the same changes.

Prop shaft bolts
Full Miktek turbo back
034 Rear ARB
Wagner Evo 2
PPH Intake
Revo Stg 2 Map
AP racing Front Discs and custom Bells
RS6 Rear discs
Froddo DS2500 pads all round

Im interested in the MRC map choosing the Revo was purely based on logistics and lack of spare time. I've spoken with another RS3 owner from up my way who has the MRC stage 1 and putting out 420bhp 460ft/lbs with exhaust and intake upgrade only. Thats incredible figures from one remap. Figures are pretty much the same as yours on stage 2. MRC do custom tuning opposed to a generic map do they? what did you get at stage one with MRC?

Thanks mate.  The wheels are marmite I guess.  If it's any conciliation my missus hates the wheels too!

Nice spec!  I'd swap out the Wagner for the Forge though, if you want the best results it's the known quantity.

When I bought the car it had a Wagner Evo 1 and a REVO map on and it was terrible.  Just with the MRC map only, nothing else, it did 404bhp and 440lb/ft so that's the only comparison I can give you.

It was always my intention to go with the forge but i was offered the Evo 2 nearly new for a good price so thought id try it. I cant remeber exactly what the gain was from the standard IC when doing runs with both on Stg 1 but it was significant. Im happy with it for now i dont intend on changing turbos so likey wont need to change to forge.

Im at 420 for both hp and torque hence the reason i am intersted in the MRC map as im sure theres much more power to be made with all the hardware i have. Its a fair old trek to banbury from me though.
Cheers

Don't sell your car pal you'll regret it, you will never find another, Cars done 6000 miles I bought it in December and just had bits done to it(full clear wrap, bilstein b16, Carbon engine trim, wheels and completed extended leather trim with the sunvisors and grab handles) drove it 100 miles 🙈. Love to know how many mica blues there is

Yeah i've now seen sense and back on the straight and narrow. Its a beautiful colour. My paint code name is just Racing blue. Would be good to have them both together for a look.
6000 miles wow thats nothing. Im on 31k now. Bought it with 12k. My fron end needs painted, just peppered with stone chips. Then getting the clear wrap on too. Im also looking at new wheels and refurbing the rotors for winter.

Do you think it's a differet colour boe? What wheels were you thinking, I was looking at hre p101 but can't justify the price at the moment. I'm in Birmingham quite some distance from you, I flew up when I bought it and got the car transported back, you thinking about going to any shows or you could pop in to our showroom when you get down to Banbury

Well not certain as never seen a mica in the flesh. Mine tends to look purple like in some lights. Thats excatly what i done. Flew to middlesex but the drove back up. I transported my Focus Rs down for trade in. I like some of the ispiri and ferrada range but cant decide. You sell cars then?
