The service I received from them was flawless

Christian White was the person I dealt with and he could not have been nicer.

Extremely helpful and clued up on "S" and "RS" cars nothing was to much trouble, answered all questions clearly

Also sent texts and even phoned the day before to remind/check all was ok for the following day.

Car booked in for service £390 which seems going rate.

It makes a nice change to get good service anywhere these days .....good for him, good for them!

I can vouch for Bexley too.

My local dealer is SG Smith Bromley, after booking my S3 in for some warranty work they refused to complete the work and accused me of tinting my windows saying this affected the warranty claim. Luckily I had a document on e-mail confirming the car spec as per factory build. Sent this over and they massively back tracked on their initial response, it turns out this dealer was looking on an internal system regarding the car spec and not Audi global system. To make matters worse they cleaned the car even though I requested not too and guess what they scratched it in 4 different places.

I knew the service manager from Bexley and he was disgusted about Bromley and their antics. Will never use Bromley again and too be honest can't recommend Bexley highly enough.
