Your sure it's the lens and not the xenons bulbs/driver that have degraded as bulb/driver can be changed at a reasonable price with good aftermarket one's like Jamie on here has done with one's from Philips if my memory serves me correctly.My RS3 2011 has poor headlight performance - adaptive xenons - is it possible replace the lens projectors which have clouded?....The only other option is to buy new headlamp units at £1100 for the pair!!
The lens cloudiness can be polished out as it's quite common with plastic lense,check out YouTube for how to do it.
