Are these cars built on the same chassis, PQ35?
RS3 8p and mk6 golf R and S3 8p
I know the RS3 and s3 are the same that’s obvious I’m thinking off the mk6 R

So in theory a rear anti roll bar from a mk6 golf should fit the 8p then?
Yes PQ35 platform.

As long as the Haldex / Diff is the same layout.

Im hoping it fits

Well it fits but very close to the exhaust system not sure if that’s because it’s a miltek system or not though
and the supplied brackets are to big for where the bar gets bolted to, had to put a small notch in both sides so the bar could be adjusted to not hit the diff
Steve.
It should be fine mate

Aftermarket exhausts never fit as nicely as the OEM one's tbh.
Glad it on & your also notice the difference with the handling with no understeer
Dell.
That’s what I’m going to do, put a small indentation in the pipe just to eliminate the last bit of knocking I have
I suppose decent after market exhausts are never going to fit the same because the shape is slightly change to give better angles on the turns for air flow. I always wondered why Audi couldn’t have done this and why there are a few indentations even on the sports exhaust.

I did see that the white line bar is 24mm thick where as other makes are 22.5mm so plays a part in tight fitment
Steve.
Did you have time to compare the OEM v Whiteline ARB to see if there was any difference in its shape as the problem may not be the exhaust but the design of the ARB.
Putting a small dent in the exhaust wouldn't cause any problems performance wise tbh.
Dell.
Here's the 2 bars together
