As per the title has anyone any experience using Yeovil Audi for servicing. My 2015 RS3 is coming up to requiring a ‘major’ service (oil and plugs etc). I normally use AMD Technik in Woking but given current lockdown climate, it makes sense to have it serviced closer to home.

So fairly common feedback then - great sales feedback and shite service responses.  Seems to be Audi all over.

Go to the Indie mate.

Haven't trusted that lot with my car since it left the delivery bay anyway but, then again, I am slightly biased after Audi Watford stacked my previous RS3 on the n/s and waited for me to drive it away with the damage un-noticed.

That's shocking and I hope they paid for the damage.

They fell on their sword rapidly John - not for stacking it but for replacing the backbox with a unit that already had paint flaking - a slam dunk under the Consumer Rights Act.

What took the time was the fiasco over the brake failure - 2 months....
