Ouch mate🤕 ,never actually done a track day ,few of us were saving up and to club together for a track machine to share until one had a big tumble at Brands on his fireblade,done himself in for months and all theses years past still don’t walk properly kinda put me off at the time doing tracks ....but i proper luv your BMW and do miss ride outs at weekends but suppose now with me shifts it’s so hard to arrange and have lost touch with most who I used to ride with 😢😢😢😢

I bought this two weeks before passing my test. It was so uncomfortable for me to ride but an absolute rocket when on song.

I do love the looks of the BMW.

They all look like deathtraps to me. Especially that Fireblade after my experience.

 

Reminds me of Roy Batty's line in Bladerunner - 'the light that burns twice as bright lasts half as long'. Riding these things you have burned very brightly indeed!

I had a K5 stealth 1000 sold it to pay for my wedding every time she questions my love I remind her of this.
One of the bikes I miss the most unbelievable mid range power

Yeah theyre phenomenal, just pull and pull from any point in the rev range! Truly one of the best bikes suzuki ever built until the new GSXR
