What do we think this is? I have Powerflex Gearbox Mount Insert fitted. So could be that making the engage more audible.

 

Seems worse coming from R through N then D. 

 

Turn it up loud and wait for D to be engaged you will then hear the noise. 

 

Appears a bit loud to me and there is a bit of movement too FYI. 

 

Could be nothing just a characteristic of fitting the Insert.

I have both the dogbone & gearbox mount inserts fitted & nothing has changed in the gear selector noise dept....no noise in the slightest.
