Well I'm a little disappointed in the sound my 2019 RS3 makes, I was wondering if the same decat pipes fit the cars like mine with the particulate filter in the exhaust, might bring back the noise and a few pops and bangs on gearchange

Not surprised mate. It might be worth having a word with Paul at PCW Exhausts in Milton Keynes to see if he can help. He certainly helped me on a 2018 FL which was also not up to the task of upsetting the neighbourhood.

Afaik the GPF has multiple sensors so needs to be mapped out if removed.

Well that is a touch disappointing, didn't want to map anything, having the cast iron 5 year warranty means I do not want to touch it

Cast iron 5 year warranty 

 

On the one warranty claim I bothered to pursue they had already ticked payment by card on the jobsheet.  I was considering going back in there to sort out some dash rattles but figured a day of dealing with an Audi dealer would be cumulatively more irritating that living a lifetime with a rattle.

 

In any event, over time they seem to have gone away on their own. Happy days all round.
