Hi guys,
I am thinking of blacking out all of the badges on my car.
The rings front and rear also the RS3 logos front and rear.
Does anyone know where I can get these cause I am struggling?
And also does anyone have any pictures of a black 8p with the black badges?
Cheers

Seem to see loads of 8V grill badges, will these fit on the 8p as they’re both honeycomb?
I know the rings are a different size. I’m meaning the letters.

Genuine 8V badges on the rear.
Genuine 8V badges on the front grill tab (had to remove existing 8P letters and replace with black 8V letters from 8V badge)
Front rings are from a TT

Peel them off the 8P mount and clean/degrease mount completely for a good bond.

Peel black number/letter from 8V grille mount and apply a few dobs of super glue (they will still be tacky anyway. Don’t over do the glue or else it will seep past the letters and go onto the surround which will go white when set.

Genuine badges are approx £100.

If you need/want a spare 8P grille badge (with number/letters attached) let me know as I have one for sale should you mess things up/want it as a spare.

Cheers I will be in touch if I mess it up!
Can you remove the badge and rings from the front grill without having to remove the whole bumper to get at the back?

Yes. Watch your fingers as the front rings can be sharp.

Does anyone have any pics of a black RS3 8p with all black badges? Mine are coming today and unsure wether to go full stealth or leave the letters chrome?

Now change the black RS3 badge for the chrome and see what you think.

I did before I swapped it and wasn’t too sure think I prefer both black.
I’ve got the badges to do the back too but I’m not sure and once it’s done it’s not going back haha!

On a black car you can go too far with the black stealth styling.

I have put black rings on the front of my Panther black FL, however I tried the black RS3 badge then went back to the original chrome. I'm still in deliberation as to whether I prefer the chrome rings too, each to their own i guess.

Yeah I like the front end with the black but I am tempted to leave the back so it doesn’t over do it.

Well I saw a fully debadged black 8p on Instagram and decided to go for the black on the back too and I am glad I did, loving the clean look, just gotta keep her even more spotless now!

I know it’s not to everyone’s taste but I’m happy with how she looks.
And pretty confident I got the new badges straight 😂
