Hi everyone, pretty new here! Just thought I'd introduce myself and my baby. Picked the car up around Easter last year and just getting to the end of my 1 year warranty so feeling like I should probably have a bit tinker with her. Already eyeing up the ARB and a Revo stage 1 map and then looking to head towards stage 2 back end of this year into next year so long as the Mrs doesnt find the bill and hide me under the patio!

The ARB is a really low cost and effective change - you might end up with a sore shin with the Mrs but it wouldn't end up as a Fred West patio job.
Besides which - she would never know.

Hahahahaha, unfortunately it's a joint bank account so there isn't any way she wont know lol! There is a tuning garage not too far away called BTG Performance, they're Revo specialists and heard some good things about them from VAG guys so will give them a go. What's the craic with the DSG remap too, they seemed to think they could take the car to 680lbs torque without a DSG map, but I'm sure I've read somewhere anything over 500 is worth a map. Any advice?
